The basement slab gives the whole structure a stable, level surface, which is critical to the safety and life of the building.
The slab is poured onto a poly barrier laid over a compacted layer of gravel. The gravel is the base for the slab and also the drainage path that keeps moisture out of the basement and lets water flow to the storm drain or sump.
We pour basement slabs for new construction and replace existing ones, using quality concrete and gravel and our own equipment, so the work is done quickly, efficiently and safely.
